Sogrape Wines introduced a new premise in the wine market for this summer!
Named “A Combinação Perfeita”, translated as “The Perfect Combination” in English, Sogrape’s marketing campaing rewards the buyers for their purchases and engages them in a thematic crusade with challenges about wine and the possibility to invite friends to the group in order to enjoy the rewards together.
The brand created a whole new webpage for the campaign, as well as a new Facebook page where they allocated Visor.ai’s chatbot in their Facebook Messenger. This promotional action results from a partnership between Visor.ai and the marketing agency Pacsis.
It’s by our chatbot that the tickets of purchase are submitted and approved, so that it can attribute the corresponding number of points to the user. Then the users can trade it for the rewards, that vary from Spa & Adventure Experiences to Fuel Vouchers or entries for Theme Parks, among others.
