Till the beginning of July, Prio had a challenge to meet a so called Customer Experience 2.0: “How to place Prio in the customer’s heart and at the tip of their fingers?”.
So that’s why Visor.ai was selected to participate in Prio’s corporate accelerator program, Prio Jump Start. We participated with the intent to automate the company’s customer support channels, in compliance with the challenge proposed in the Customer Experience 2.0 theme.
Being one of the startups chosen to pitch on Prio’s acrobatic plane, we finished in the Top 5 and earned the chance to be at the Web Summit 2018 in Lisbon.
During Web Summit, we had the opportunity to meet with Prio’s Digital Team, showcase a demo of our chatbot working on their website and prepare the next steps of our partnership. And guess what? They loved the demo and we will now work together to implement the chatbot on their new website up to the end of the year!
Our presence in the Web Summit was also very good to meet more potential clients and to keep track of the new trends in tech right now.
We found it an amazing experience and wish to thank Prio for the incredible opportunity to participate in one of the biggest tech conferences worldwide.
