Customer Service Ready for an Audit

To your customer, a call to the bank is a conversation. To your regulator, it's a record. Voice AI Agent checks itself against the EU AI Act before it goes live, and Quality & Insights AI Agent scores your advisors' call recordings against your own scorecard, so the answers leave evidence you can open.

What goes wrong

Where a bank's calls go wrong

Most of what goes wrong on a bank's phone line is small and invisible on the day. It surfaces later, in a complaint or an inspection, when the call is hard to find.

  • An Identity Check Cut Short

With a long queue behind them, an advisor cuts the security questions down to one, and nobody notices until the customer disputes a payment.

  • A Disclosure Nobody Read Out

A required notice, like the one about call recording, was never read, and the sample your supervisors reviewed didn't include that call.

  • A Rate That Changed Weeks Ago

Your customer is quoted an interest rate or a fee from the old price list, and the one record is a recording nobody has opened.

  • An AI Agent Risk Won't Approve

Before an agent answers a single customer, your risk and compliance teams ask how it meets the EU AI Act, and the answer is a document someone wrote once.

What the platform does

Evidence behind the answers

Before it goes live, each Voice Agent runs twelve automatic checks against the EU AI Act and the GDPR, and every check cites its article. Quality checks the calls your people take. Either way, the evidence sits where you can open it.

Identity and Disclosures as Critical Criteria

Recordings come straight from your contact-centre or CCaaS platform, or you upload them, and Quality scores them against your own scorecard. Your identity check and your recording notice become critical criteria, so every scored call that misses one is counted and listed, however well the rest of it went. When the regulator asks for a new disclosure, you add the criterion and it applies from the next call on.

A Flow Your Auditor Can Read

Each agent is a flow on a canvas, step by step, with call recording set up as a step of its own. An auditor can follow what the agent says and where it hands the call to a person. The platform is compatible with models from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and Microsoft, and the model behind each step is a setting, so moving to a better one doesn't mean rebuilding what compliance already approved.

Guardrails Drawn From Real Calls

The audits show where a script needs a guardrail, such as an advisor confirming a payment date before the payment has cleared, and which people need training on which criterion. Each suggestion comes with the calls behind it, so your compliance team decides from evidence.

Suggestions drawn from this week's audits: a knowledge article drafted from 214 calls about changing bank details, a new guardrail against confirming payment dates early, training for four advisors on explaining holds, and a process change for calls about missing documents

This Month's Rate, Wherever They Ask

Many customers check your website or message you on WhatsApp before they call. Chat AI Agent answers them from the documents you publish, kept in sync with its knowledge base, and Compare with index shows when a replaced price list was never reindexed. The rate the agent quotes is the current one.

Knowledge Management: a folder of product documents the agent answers from, each with its last sync, the Check integrity, Reindex and Compare with index actions, and storage usage

How we deploy

  • A dedicated Visor.ai team

From kickoff to go-live, you work with named people who know your project, whether you come to us directly or through a partner.

  • Clear scope, no surprises

We agree on what's in and what's out before we start, so everyone knows what success looks like.

  • Built to be measured

Performance metrics are part of the build, so you see results from your first day in production.

  • Tested with your team

We test end to end, then your team validates it in real conditions before launch.

  • Your team, in control

We train your people to run the platform confidently, and we stay by your side for as long as you need us.

An honest word on reliability

The models generate each answer in the moment and can occasionally fail. Visor's work is to contextualise them, apply controls and tune continuously. The solution runs on specialist providers who, like any provider, do not guarantee total availability. Judge the AI Agent by the standard you would apply to an experienced colleague: consistent and improving performance, not infallibility. The go-live is the start of the improvement, not the end of the project.
