Sogrape Wines has introduced a new perfect combination in the wine market for this summer!
Called “A Combinação Perfeita”, translated in English as “The Perfect Combination”, Sogrape’s marketing campaign rewards consumers for their purchases.
In addition, it involves them in a thematic crusade with challenges about wine. And the possibility of inviting friends to join the group to enjoy the rewards together.
The brand created a brand-new website for the campaign, as well as a new Facebook page, where they included the Visor.ai chatbot in their Facebook Messenger.
This promotional action results from a partnership between Visor.ai and the marketing agency Pacsis.
It’s through our chatbot that the purchase receipts are submitted and approved. This way, the corresponding number of points is assigned to the user.
Then users can redeem it for prizes. These range from Spa & Adventure Experiences to Fuel Vouchers or tickets to Theme Parks, among others.
